I am a writer of Middle Grade and Young Adult fantasy fiction. I also write adult short stories and poetry. My first completed MG manuscript (yay!) is out looking for publication: "The Fairies of Turtle Creek". I am feverishly working on my  second book, "Grotesque". A graduate of UCLA, I am a mixed-media artist and an educator. I blog about the small but wonderful things in life-- what's hidden in plain sight.
