I began writing out of spite and continue to do so out of madness and desperation. Most of my fiction is of the speculative variety, and you'll find it on my website and in various ezines scattered throughout the land. It can get pretty weird, especially when I'm feeling particularly iconoclastic, which might result in stories lacking some of the commonly-accepted basic necessities of fiction. With that said, though, nearly everything I write (and say, and do) is at least half a joke. So don't take me more seriously than I do.
