I'm Icelandic but live by a the Essex coast in UK where I can watch the changing tide from my writing room.
I'm fascinated by the Victorian era, especially the darker and more dangerous side. I write historical fiction, and my novel The Secrets of Lord Cardale, is under consideration with an agent. I'm currently writing another novel set in a Victorian circus, and like the previous novel, it deals with the hidden darkness of that period. I'm a qualified writing coach, and I mentor writers in person and via email. I also run Raven Creative Writing and teach creative writing at Wivenhoe Bookshop.
