Ann Kopchik

Born and raised in the wilds of suburban Philadelphia, Ann now lives in her ancestral homeland of Western Pennsylvania. There she plies her trade as an international high-stakes technical writer. In her spare time, she's terraforming her back yard.

She's still a bit upset the elves sailed west at the end of the Third Age and wonders what the world would be like had they stayed. This explains her fascination with the intersection of high fantasy and the modern age.

Ann holds a BA in Creative Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University.
