I am am the Author of the lifestyle coffee table book Amongst Sisters which launches in August 2011.

I also write the Realize Beauty blog and numerous magazine articles that are linked to cosmetic science (I am a chemist nerd).
In my spare time I like to read philosophical work, swim, ride my bike, take the dog for walks and play with my kids but most of all I like to write and think.
My motto in life is 'take only what you need'.
I also love chocolate, drinking tea and talking to my guinea pigs.
You are most likely to find me commuting between my Blue Mountains home and the Sydney Suburbs. Australian by choice English by accident :)
