Lise Saffran

Lise Saffran is the author of the novel JUNO'S DAUGHTERS (Penguin/Plume).  She is a Missouri-dwelling California native and like JUNO'S DAUGHTERS--which unfolds on the San Juan Islands in Puget Sound--most of her fiction is set on the West Coast.  A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, Lise's essays and stories have been published in literary magazines, Poets and Writers and in the Granta Anthology FAMILY WANTED.
