Author, illustrator Alicia "Kat" Dillman writes young adult fiction, graphic novels and picture books as well as illustrating for the publishing, apparel and entertainment industries. When not writing and illustrating she can be found performing in historical re-enactments, participating in weekly industry Twitter chats, dancing, watching anime, or sewing cosplay.
Kat is currently working on the sequel to her debut YA novel Daemons in the Mist, another YA project, a graphic novel and adapting Daemons in the Mist into a visual novel game for game company NovelEXP. This process along with many others are currently chronicled in her blog.
Kat received her BFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University in 2008.
