Benjamin Gorman

Benjamin Gorman teaches high school English in Independence, Oregon, where he lives with his beautiful, smart, and infinitely patient wife, Paige, and his essentially perfect six-year-old son, Noah. Ben completed his first novel while in high school and has been trying to hone his craft ever since. Besides studying literature and writing in order to teach it, he tries to practice on a number of platforms like his blog (unapologetic-conjecture.blogspot.com), twitter (@teachergorman), and authonomy.com, where he’s posted his most recent novel. A graduate of Whitworth University (B.A. in Philosophy) and George Fox University (Masters in Teaching), he’s also a member of Willamette Writers and attended the Oregon Writing Project (part of the National Writing Project) at Willamette University. Although Ben writes novels in many different genres, he recognizes that his dreams for his own writing career could best be described as Fantasy. That doesn’t stop him from dreaming, though.

Benjamin Gorman is currently interested in trading his work for money or eyeballs, and is looking for someone talented and connected who can shop his work for either purpose.
