In my opinion, you can never listen to too much music, read too many books, or love too much. And there is no such thing as enough chocolate. The best gifts I ever received were my Samsung P3 and my laptop. I attended University of Missouri-Columbia, where I majored in Political Science, with an emphasis in Public Commentary.
In 1981, I moved to Southern California and landed my dream job as campaign manager and Field Representative to a California State Assemblyman. Part of my duties included writing his press releases and weekly Op Ed columns, one of which was published in the Los Angeles Times. In addition, I was "loaned" to two White House Advance Teams for presidential visits to Southern California. After leaving the Legislature, I briefly worked as a freelance writer and was published in Indian Country Today.
I live in Oklahoma. I am a member of Tulsa Nightwriters, OWFI, RWA and RWI.
