Jesi Lea Ryan
@jesileaJesi Lea Ryan graduated from Loras College with degrees in Creative Writing and Literature. She has taught several Creative Writing courses through the Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth, University of Wisconsin and has served as a writing mentor in the Young Scholar Program. After serving a twelve year stint in the insurance industry, she obtained early parole and allowed to pursue her writing full-time.

Her short stories have appeared in the Detroit based literary magazine “The Furnace.” Her first novel, Four Thousand Miles, will be released in ebook format on November 7, 2010.
