I was born in Liverpool at a time when the Beatles were becoming famous. As a teenager, I fell in love with the countryside and for many years lived in a croft on the edge of a village in the Scottish Highlands. When I’m not writing, my hobbies include reading, travelling the world, designing knitwear, gardening and walking my Border collie, Rosie. I am the author of two novels, The House on the Shore and Three Weeks last Spring. I am a member of the Romantic Novelists’ Association.
